Supplement Requests

If you are a shop and have a supplement you would like to request, please fill out the form below and we will assign an appraiser to come out and see the vehicle.

We are open! 

Our main Hyannis Office will remain open and staffed throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.  Our appraiser's will reach out to view the vehicle for inspection.  In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will not be exchanging papers in person at this time.

If you have any paperwork you normally would have handed the appraiser, it may be faxed or emailed to our office and we will distribute it to the correct appraiser.  Thank you!
